Geese and Goslings.
A fluffy family.
A change from buildings and street scenes today, following a walk along the canal for a change. The noise these adults make is probably one of the least pleasant sounds of the countryside! However, one can’t help but love their offspring. There are a few families around now and these little ones can only be a day or so old. Although the water is a little weedy through lack of boat use, these Geese and Goslings seem to be enjoying their swim.
Not one of the biggest families I’ve seen, but these are the first I’ve been able to photograph properly. It was supposed to be sunny today, so I’ve had to make the best of the dull conditions.
