London Mews.
Well, this was certainly what I expected to be posting today! We had booked to visit the Postal Museum, and ride on its Underground Railway. Unfortunately it was not operating due to a failure yesterday. So I have selected this shot of London Mews instead.
There are many of these little streets scattered around the Capital. I have been intending to feature a shot of one of them for some time. Just a case of finding a suitable subject.
This was not quite what I had in mind, but I was taken by the family scene outside one of the houses. There is also a lot of pride in the appearance with the potted flowers.
I angled the shot to feature the little family cameo, without placing it in the centre. Leading in from the right, it draws the eye to the scene and then down the length of London Mews.
