The Graduate.

Relieved it’s all over!

Considering I do not profess to be a portrait photographer, I am very pleased with this shot. I managed to get access to the official photograph location (not the equipment, though!) This is our daughter – The Graduate.Of course, Graduation Day is all about the pomp and ceremony. Old fashioned robes galore. And speeches. For the students, a mixed day of celebration and boredom.

Each gets their own 5 seconds of fame as they walk across the stage. Proud parents and family members squinting at a distance, hoping the snap on their phone comes out.

But I was very pleased to get the opportunity to sneak into this setup to get the next best thing to an official photograph.
